I wasted months trying to find a law firm that would fight for me, not just immediately write me off as a chapter 13 and leave us struggling to stay afloat.
So many lawyers said our case was “too complicated” or wanted to nickel and dime us. I was so overwhelmed and feeling hopeless until I spoke to David Pankin. He immediately told me I had options and gave me hope!
David and his firm explained all options and possible outcomes, walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we constantly felt supported, never embarrassed, or judged.
It was a huge time crunch to get our case prepped and ready in time but the whole team worked diligently got us the outcome we needed. Everyone was responsive and communicative; they never left us hanging.
I want to especially thank Matthew Zimmelman who patiently walked us through the means test and paperwork and answered a million questions, and Robert Reich for prepping us and handling our case and Trustee meeting. Both Bob and Matt filled us with confidence and took SO much of the anxiety out of the process. They are superstars! Mr. Pankin and his entire staff turned what could’ve been an extremely stressful process into more of a positive situation than I ever would’ve imagined.
